  The service from the tellers at the church street office have been far below average they make you feel like you are a burden on them when they make a mistake they tell you they will take care if it for you but never do on 11-19-2015 I made a deposit and they told me there would be a hold on it when I told them I don't have a hold on these checks she said she will have to check with the manager I told her I am on the list right there in the draw I ask her if she would fix it now while I am here she said well don't you have other things to do here I she will do that first I said OK and when she was done she said she will have the manager fix my check come to find out she never had the manager do it. Time to find a new people oriented bank this is only one of other issues I have had that wernt taken care if
